Leinster Rugby stars in training!!

We really enjoyed our tag rugby session this morning with Leinster Rugby. Today we were focussing on evasion. We warmed up by playing a very energetic game of sky, sea and land. We then moved on to practising the skills of evasion and had great fun zig-zagging, dodging and twisting as our opposition tried to pull our tags off. There were some very tired legs afterwards but we really enjoyed the session and can't wait for next week! Hopefully the sun will shine for us again!!
